Pictured: Joe Bigelow lends his all-around technical expertise to diagnose the faulty, 50-year old convection oven at CLACC. He then priced out replacement parts which exceeded the value of this old appliance. Joe found, inspected, and purchased a "new to us" convection oven for a fraction of the cost of new, and actually a fraction of the typical price of used! For those not familiar, Joe is Earl and Pat Larson's son-in-law.
