In conjunction with Clear Lake Community Education, the Clear Lake Area Community Center (CLACC) once again opens its doors to community members in the Clear Lake, Wisconsin, area who would like to walk indoors during the cold winter months.
WHEN:
MONDAYS AT 8 AM and/or TUESDAYS AT 3:30 PM
WHAT:
Indoor walking, stairs and no-stairs options available! No fee, join us for this informal hike. You're welcome to walk indoors at CLACC. We have stairs too! No need to wait for a group or direction, just come on in and walk.
OPTIONS:
If you'd like a different time, grab a group of friends and come on by! Optionally, you can let us know when you'd like to walk regularly either by email or stop by the Center office.
There's ALSO a Silver Sneakers group that exercises, does stretching and dance workouts (including walking the halls) on Tuesdays and Thursdays as part of Sunshine Fitness (membership required, contact them). And, that continues to be an option.
